Low Emission Zone

All over the world, the air in cities is polluted. By banning the most polluting vehicles from the city, we are helping to improve air quality.

This content is only avalaible in French and Dutch.

This measure has been taken in a large number of Belgian (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent) and European cities.
Since 2018, the Brussels-Capital Region has been a Low Emission Zone. Polluting vehicles are gradually being banned to improve air quality and public health.
