Sales of a non-commercial nature require prior authorisation. Apply to the mayor (if the action is limited to one municipality) or to Brussels Economy and Employment (if the action extends to more than one municipality).

The sale, offering for sale or display for sale of goods or services of a non-commercial nature is subject to prior authorisation. The authorisation is issued by the mayor if the sale operation is limited to one municipality. If the sale operation extends to more than one municipality, the authorisation is issued by Brussels Economy and Employment.
