Accreditation as a training centre for automotive air conditioning systems

Approval is required to provide training on R134A refrigerant recovery for M1 & N1 vehicle air-conditioning systems per European Regulation 307/2008, requiring knowledgeable personnel. Costs are €250 for legal entities and €125 for individuals, taking an average of 120 days, with appeal options available through the College of the Environment.

Anyone wishing to provide theoretical and practical training in the recovery of R134A refrigerant from M1 & N1 motor vehicle air-conditioning systems (in accordance with European Regulation 307/2008) must be approved in advance.

Have personnel who can demonstrate sufficient experience or knowledge in the subjects defined in the Annex to Regulation 307/2008, for the organisation of training and practical and theoretical tests;
